As an educator with a desire for lifelong learning, I am curious about the interdisciplinary connections that exist between Organizational Psychology, Coaching Studies, and Education. I am particularly engaged with how these areas can apply to and enhance our practice as educators.

My Philosophy
As a human being and an educator, I believe that we are all here to learn as much as we can, while we can. This is a philosophy I take with me into the classroom and put into practice in my everyday life. With that said, I think the best way to learn is from those around us, and having completed a master's degree in Work, Organization, and Leadership, I have an increasing passion for working with educators to better our practice.
